Pat has gained extensive experience in construction at many of the clubs he has worked at during his career. Specifically, he was integral in the renovations at Bethpage Black in preparation for the 2009 US Open, including multiple USGA green complex builds. Plus, his time at Glen Oaks also saw numerous projects completed with successful results.

Most recently at Sands Point, Pat has oversaw construction of a brand new practice facility (range, short game, practice green) with irrigation, which has resulted in strong member use and satisfaction. Also of note at Sands Point, Pat has worked to expand and enhance many native and natural fescue areas throughout the property.

From bunkers to drainage to greens, there’s nothing that Pat has not experienced when it comes to golf course construction over the course of his career.

During any project, or even daily work, communication is critical to ensuring members understand what is happening on the course. Pat has strong skills when it comes to communicating with members, and has employed the latest in industry technology to deliver content to members on-demand. All of which will easily transfer to any operation Pat runs in the future.
